My collection of short stories, Little Nightmares, Little Dreams, was published by Houghton Mifflin in 1990 and is now out of print. The title piece, which I refer to as a magical love story, appears occasionally on the NPR program “Selected Shorts” and can be heard on Volume X of their audio cassette series. It was also turned into an episode of the Lifetime Channel’s show “The Hidden Room.”
I am also making another magical love story available on this site. “Better Than A Box Of Dreams” was originally published in The Sunday Inquirer Magazine, and was performed on the stage for the Writing Aloud series in Philadelphia.
In 1994, Viking published my novel The Magic Touch, the fictional biography of a woman with magical sexual powers that she uses to heal people, both spiritually and physically. This book is now out of print.
